Project specifics: The unconditional acquisition of a former paddock.
Project challenges: This site required a carefully tailored drainage solution as well as a methodical approach with the planning authority. The site was recommended for approval by officers, but turned down by members at committee. We went onto win at appeal and were apportioned costs.
The result: The site has been granted permission for 46 dwellings and has been sold in 2022.
