Strategic Residential Land Promotion – 400 dwellings
A new edge of settlement in a sustainable location was proposed for Pagham. The proposal was to create a mix of high quality, low density properties in keeping with the local environment.
Significant new community facilities were proposed, including a new 2-form entry Primary School.
Dedicated sports pitches are to be provided within a comprehensive open space network of green spaces.
In 2019, planning permission was granted on this site for 400 residential dwellings, a new school, a care home and employment land.
This site is now to be developed out.
