Project specifics: This site is the neighbourhood centre of a wider strategic allocation and includes, a carehome, commercial space, a café and a collection of apartments.

Project challenges: The design of the buildings was seen as not in keeping with the vernacular of Pagham, this led to alterations in the design led by the Parish Council. These requests have been met and we hope for a resolution to the application imminently.

The carehome and retail space are key requirements for the village and we look forward to seeing them in use.
