Oldlands Farm is a strategic employment site which is being brought forward to deliver significant employment opportunities in Bognor Regis.

The next phase of Oldlands is 15 acres. This adjoins the Rolls Royce facility. It provides for a mix of employment uses (B2 and B8) and will include up to 225,000 sq ft of floor space.

Oldlands Farm Phase 2 is a logical extension of Phase 1 and has the flexibility to deliver employment space, whilst working within the aims of Arun District Council.

This next phase will generate approximately 500 new jobs.
