Project specifics: Acquisition of a 90-acre redundant quarry

Project challenges: A high profile site, for which it was difficult to achieve planning permission. A critical issue was the delivery of key infrastructure through a viability-led approach.

The result: The site has been successfully promoted through planning for a mixed-use scheme of more than 600 residential units. We have sold the first phase to CALA and the next phase to another house builder. The site is now partway through construction.
